The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires experience in generative AI and cloud infrastructure.
Qualification
- Previous experience with generative AI, technology, digital infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or data centers
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling
- Ability to manage M&A processes and support fundraising initiatives
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with executive-level decision makers
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders
Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate M&A and direct investment opportunities based on industry knowledge, market situation, and financial analysis
- Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models to support M&A transactions, strategic investments, and other strategic initiatives
- Assist in all phases of transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation, documentation, and integration planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, operations, and senior executives to ensure alignment and successful execution of deals
- Support Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, and FP&A on cross-functional Ad Hoc finance projects
- Assist in the preparation of company management presentations
