Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience with data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
- Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.
- Experience using data center management tools and software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.
Responsibility
- Lead the operational excellence of the Ellendale data center facility.
- Guide a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations.
- Develop and implement best practices to maximize uptime.
