CoreWeave is seeking a Production Engineer to enhance their internal tooling for support operations. This role focuses on developing AI-assisted workflows and self-service diagnostics to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with support teams to create tools that streamline case management and incident resolution.
Qualification
- 4+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Experience with building and maintaining internal tooling.
- Proficiency in developing AI-assisted workflows and automations.
- Familiarity with incident and change management workflows.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibility
- Design, build, and own support-facing tools for case triage and expert engagement.
- Develop AI-powered assistants and automations for root-cause discovery and resolution quality.
- Create and maintain dashboards and alerts for tooling issues, integrating observability into new tools.
- Build self-service diagnostics to empower support teams and collect context for escalations.
- Codify reliability practices into services, APIs, and Kubernetes-native controllers.
- Partner with engineering leadership to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for the tooling owned.
