- Mentorship experience with junior engineers
Responsibility
- Design servers and develop board designs
- Collaborate with engineers on AI/ML hardware
- Review high-speed designs and signal integrity simulations
- Review power designs and collaborate with power engineers
- Debug complex issues and integrate lessons learned into design
- Conduct schematics and board design reviews
- Take designs from concept to mass production
- Work closely with manufacturing teams
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide hardware design recommendations
- Mentor junior engineers
