Qualification

- Must visit the headquarters on the first day for asset receipt
- Must be available for potential visits to headquarters for asset repair or training
Responsibility
- Support overall sales activities for Coupang Rocket Growth sellers
- Retrieve and modify logistics product information based on standardized SOPs
- Review inbound, return, and outbound records in the system
- Conduct seller communications based on standardized SOPs (no phone, online channels only)
- Evaluate seller compensation requests according to established criteria
