Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior Producer for Anime Co-Production to report to the Vice President of the Anime Production Team A. The role is based in Tokyo and focuses on developing exciting stories and beautiful animations in collaboration with production partners, while also mentoring junior producers and associates.
Qualification
- 12+ years of practical experience in the anime industry
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Expertise in copyright business
- Experience in anime production and marketing
- Understanding of Japanese anime trends and interest in overseas anime trends
- Native or business-level Japanese proficiency and conversational or higher English proficiency with a willingness to learn
- Experience working in a global company
- Experience in analysis from a global perspective
Responsibility
- Propose works and projects suitable for Crunchyroll's distribution service regions
- Plan and produce anime content through joint production committees
- Build smooth relationships with production partners
- Facilitate communication between production committees and Crunchyroll's internal teams
- Guide and develop producers and associate producers in Team A
