The role of Multi Location Group Trainer involves leading in-person training sessions to help dental teams adopt digital workflows and intraoral scanning technology, with a focus on enhancing clinical performance and practice growth.
Qualification
- 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology.
- Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% for in-practice training and support.
- Ability to adapt training strategies based on practice complexity and goals.
Responsibility
- Lead high-touch, in-person trainings for doctors and staff on intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Coach teams based on live observation and adapt training to meet practice goals.
- Drive early case submission during training by addressing blockers and building confidence.
- Partner with clinicians to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption post-training.
- Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and identify coaching opportunities for success.
- Assess practice readiness across workflows and team structure to identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources and tools are ready for training day.
- Customize training strategies based on practice size and clinical goals.
