The role involves negotiating customer and partner agreements, providing legal support for revenue-generating activities, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations. This hybrid position is based in Seattle, Bellevue, San Francisco, or Mountain View.
Qualification
- 7+ years of commercial legal transactional experience in technology.
- Experience negotiating professional services terms in SaaS transactions.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy, information security, and intellectual property.
- Experience in cloud-based software companies and professional service delivery.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with sales teams and provide strategic counsel.
Responsibility
- Review and negotiate partner and customer agreements globally.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to support go-to-market efforts.
- Maintain and update legal agreements, focusing on professional services.
- Offer pragmatic legal counsel to internal clients and customers.
