Qualification

- Relevant past experience with Spark is mandatory.
- Expertise in SQL databases or data warehousing solutions.
- Strong understanding of Data & AI architectures and production environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product engineering and customer account teams.
Responsibility
- Lead and drive technical solutions for complex problems reported by Databricks customers, including escalated scenarios.
- Conduct code-level analysis and systems architecture reviews of customer workloads related to Databricks products.
- Serve as a customer support advisor, managing escalations and providing quick solutions for advanced use cases.
- Influence Engineering and Backline Support teams to identify areas for product improvements to enhance usability and stability.
- Mentor others in technical expertise related to the Databricks platform and production systems.
