- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to understand training needs and create tailored training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and observations.
- Stay current on the latest updates from Databricks and the industry.
- Provide guidance and support to learners during the training process.
- Contribute to the development of self-paced online learning modules and other training resources.
- Participate in strategic initiatives to expand the Learning and Enablement product portfolio.
- Audit operational aspects of training programs, including scheduling and managing participant enrollment.
