Qualification
- Strong understanding of statistical methods such as sequential analysis, CUPED, and change point detection.
- Experience in building production systems with enterprise-grade quality.
- Ability to implement statistical concepts in a production environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design.
- Proven track record in developing analytics or experimentation platforms.

- Lead the development of Feature Flags and Experiments products from scratch.
- Build a world-class experimentation engine using statistical methods.
- Bridge the gap between software engineering and statistics for effective implementation.
