Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or bootcamp graduate.
- Active contributor to open-source projects (code, bug reports, etc.) and engineering communities (meetups, etc.).
- Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Critical thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Effective written and verbal communicator.
- Programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux.
- Willingness to work shifts when weekend work is required.
Responsibility
- Communicate with customers through various channels (ticketing systems, live chat, screen sharing tools) to identify and resolve technical support requests while continuously educating customers on platform usage.
- Reproduce technical issues and gain in-depth knowledge of Datadog's 600+ integrations.
- Participate in internal team and product discussions based on feedback from customer interactions.
- Receive training to become a highly knowledgeable expert in one or more areas of Datadog products.
- Work in the Datadog office 3-5 days a week.
