- Familiarity with onboarding processes and Tier 1 and 2 support
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and support
Responsibility
- Independently manage onboarding and Tier 1 and 2 support
- Deliver exceptional in-person and remote IT support for Dojo’s employees, primarily in Bristol, with broader support across global offices
- Engage with employees across various levels of the organization to provide tech support
- Mentor junior team members and share specialist knowledge
- Shape and improve support processes as the team evolves
