Responsibility
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on key sales skills such as qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and account planning.
- Align with Sales leaders to build plans addressing sales skills training needs.
- Implement blended learning approaches, including workshops, coaching, and on-demand resources.
- Conduct coaching sessions to reinforce training and improve sales techniques.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Learning Design Team and Go-to-Market Sales Programs to create and deliver impactful enablement initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs and data analysis.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales teams.
