  • Support space planning and desk setup for new hires
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office security access and track employee badges
  • Coordinate daily group lunch orders and assist with catering setups
  • Provide light IT and AV support for meeting room technology
  • Maintain inventory of office hardware and peripherals
