Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization of common areas and desks
- Manage office and kitchen inventory, including snacks and supplies
- Partner with building management and vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Support space planning and desk setup for new hires
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office security access and track employee badges
- Coordinate daily group lunch orders and assist with catering setups
- Provide light IT and AV support for meeting room technology
- Maintain inventory of office hardware and peripherals
