The Senior Mid-Market Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives (AEs) to drive revenue growth in the Mid-Market segment, working closely with various departments to enhance the customer experience and expand the company's market presence.
Qualification
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the Mid-Market segment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing sales teams.
- Experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with senior executives.
Responsibility
- Own and drive the Mid-Market revenue target.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AEs with average deal sizes of $50K–$150K+.
- Support AEs across the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiations, and expansions.
- Drive adoption with Directors, VPs, and C-Suite leaders at multifamily operators.
- Partner with SDRs and Marketing on ABM and pipeline-building campaigns.
- Hire, onboard, and coach top Mid-Market sales talent to consistently hit quota.
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, and 1:1s to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Champion Mid-Market customer needs to Product and Engineering.
- Attend regional industry events to expand EliseAI’s presence.
- Work with Sales Ops and leadership to refine playbooks, scripts, and processes for scale.
