Qualification
- Experience in managing paid acquisition channels or DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
- Ability to design and optimize acquisition funnels to meet CAC/ROAS targets.
- Creative mindset with experience in ad concept development and audience targeting.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with content and product teams.
- Proven track record of driving performance improvements in marketing campaigns.
Responsibility
- Own the performance of 1 paid acquisition channel or DSP, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Help design and improve scalable acquisition funnels to hit CAC/ROAS targets.
- Contribute to testing loops and creative production, proposing new ad concepts and audience angles based on data.
- Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
- Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
- Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves.
- Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns.
- Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages.
