With over 30 million users, the company is looking for a Mid Performance Marketer to take ownership of paid acquisition channels and contribute to performance optimization and strategy. The role offers autonomy in execution and collaboration with senior leadership.
Qualification
- Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis tools like GA4 and Voluum.
- Ability to design and optimize acquisition funnels to achieve targets.
- Creative mindset for ad concept development and audience targeting.
- Experience in reporting and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
Responsibility
- Own the performance of at least one paid acquisition channel or DSP, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Help design and improve scalable acquisition funnels to meet CAC/ROAS targets.
- Contribute to testing loops and creative production, proposing new ad concepts and audience angles based on data.
- Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
- Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
- Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves.
- Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns.
- Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages.
