Qualification
- No prior experience required.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or playing guitar.
- Ability to perform physical work, including handling, transporting, and lifting materials.
- Basic knowledge of proper use of hand power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret visual aids and work instructions.
- Punctuality and attendance are essential.
- Commitment to safety practices.
Responsibility
- Perform manual and mechanical operations to adjust, assemble, and configure guitars or amplifiers.
- Execute repairs and inspect products before final acceptance.
- Achieve standard cycle times for sanding, polishing, painting, or assembling instruments and accessories.
- Ensure personal safety and organization of the workspace.
- Maintain quality requirements in the production process.
