- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, automotive, paint, or metalwork is a plus

- Shape, finish, inspect, and pack guitars by hand and with machinery
- Work collaboratively as part of a manufacturing team
- Follow production processes and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
