This role involves building and managing partner programs, fostering relationships with local agencies and resellers, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance Figma's market presence.
Qualification
- 7+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
- 3+ years of experience in partner management or business development
- Strong understanding of the software industry and partner ecosystems
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new prospects for the official distribution partner program
- Manage existing service partners to drive revenue for Figma while serving the needs of Japanese customers
- Partner with Figma’s GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced sales opportunities
- Manage stakeholder relationships with both official and unofficial distribution partners, identifying co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
- Foster long-term relationships with partners by creating mutual success plans and monitoring KPIs
- Evaluate opportunities to mature and streamline relationships with resellers in the context of Figma's existing sales model
- Educate the partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and capabilities in collaboration with the partner enablement team
- Develop and nurture internal relationships with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams.
