Qualification
- 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager
- Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps
- Demonstrates rigorous thinking and effective decision-making in cross-functional settings
- Experience in building and executing product roadmaps
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibility
- Partner with Product and Design to build and execute a long-term roadmap that delivers a world-class user experience
- Work closely with cross-functional partners and engineering teams to creatively solve complex problems
- Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers, including staff level engineers
- Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment
- Drive initiatives for building an inclusive and diverse team and culture
