This full-time role can be performed remotely in the U.S. and involves collaboration with AI researchers, developing design heuristics, and overseeing design evaluations.
Qualification
- Experience developing design heuristics and principles
- Experience leading design efforts across multiple product lines
- Experience using AI models for design tasks
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with cross-team collaboration
- Strong design background with excellent taste and attention to detail
Responsibility
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers to improve model performance from a design perspective
- Develop and document design principles and heuristics for AI systems
- Build methods to test and enhance the quality of AI-generated outputs
- Oversee the quality of design evaluations and guide external partners
- Translate technical details for designers and design concepts for AI experts
