Qualification
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Track record of shipping and maintaining complex systems or products in production
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Ruby, and Go
- Strong focus on reliability, security, performance, and user experience
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibility
- Design, build, test, and ship high-quality features across the stack using technologies like TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, and more
- Own key parts of the product that impact user experience, internal productivity, or revenue operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, data science, support, and sales to shape product direction and solve complex problems
- Operate and monitor the systems you build, focusing on reliability, security, performance, and user experience
- Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment
