- Strong understanding of integrations with platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Experience with APIs and data queries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
- Technical expertise in customer management and escalated implementations.
Responsibility
- Lead requirements gathering, configuration, product training, solution testing, and production rollout.
- Act as a Project Engineer or Solution Architect based on project needs.
- Build customer trust by aligning business needs with Five9 solutions.
- Serve as a technical resource for multiple internal and customer-facing projects simultaneously.
- Implement integrations with Five9 partners and handle complex IVR configurations.
