Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years in data analytics and reporting roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and report development.
- Experience with scripting (html, javascript) preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of contact center features and reporting environments (e.g., Five9, Avaya, Cisco).
Responsibility
- Work with clients to capture and clarify reporting requirements.
- Independently build and deliver reports using SQL and Aceyus products.
- Contribute to project scoping, planning, and customer communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth deployments.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge informally.
