The R&D Senior Manager for Asia will be based in Jakarta/Cikarang and will report to the Head of R&D Emerging Markets, focusing on developing innovative and sustainable food products.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in R&D within the food industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in product development and innovation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibility
- Lead R&D projects for new product development in the Asia region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product innovation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
