- Proven track record of building scalable recruiting operations
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally

- Lead and grow a small talent acquisition team
- Champion a high standard for talent and candidate experience
- Build inclusive and efficient recruiting systems and processes
- Serve as a full-cycle recruiter for technical and go-to-market roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers and founders to understand recruitment needs
- Act as an ambassador for Fractional AI and enhance the employer brand
