Qualification
- 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer in strategic or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience working with large, multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations, engaging senior business and technical leaders, and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication and trusted-advisor skills; ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value and build credibility with product, engineering, success, and sales teams.
- Proven track record in enterprise selling with the ability to move opportunities through the sales cycle to multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnerships.
- Interest in building and shaping an early-stage solutions organization and contributing to a startup-like culture.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, Core Engineering) to deliver integrated solutions.
Responsibility
- Own strategic technical relationships with executive stakeholders across CX, Operations, and Product.
- Drive growth across key logos by partnering with the account team to expand within large customers and convert POCs into multi-year partnerships.
- Co-own implementation by managing timelines, integrations, and deliverables across forward-deployed engineering, product, and core engineering teams.
- Influence product direction by translating customer feedback and emerging use cases into roadmap insights and feature priorities.
- Shape the foundation of the Solutions organization by defining team culture, processes, and best practices as a founding member.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements spanning pre-sales strategy, solution architecture, deployment execution, and long-term customer success to drive measurable business impact.
