- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to partners' operational performance.
- Identify and communicate important insights to relevant stakeholders, influencing changes that enhance partner efficiency and satisfaction.
- Utilize data to support the establishment of excellent relationships with partners.
