The Finance Systems Product Lead will oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology within the Finance organization of a rapidly growing multi-category app company. This role focuses on bridging Finance Operations, Business, and Technology to create a cohesive ecosystem of finance platforms, driving automation and enhancing internal experiences.
Qualification
- Proven experience in finance transformation and systems management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and automation tools.
- Ability to bridge gaps between Finance, Business, and Technology teams.
- Experience in managing product lifecycles and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibility
- Own the Finance Systems and Transformation roadmap, defining vision and prioritizing initiatives by value.
- Lead the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, maintaining a value-driven backlog.
- Coordinate delivery across Tech, ERP, and Automation teams.
- Manage the lifecycle of finance systems from discovery to delivery.
- Ensure every enhancement or feature release delivers measurable business impact.
