Glovo is seeking a detail-oriented HR Analytics Controller to join their People department in Barcelona. The role involves supporting the People Controlling team and collaborating with the Finance team to manage payroll costs, improve control processes, and provide insightful reporting and analysis to aid decision-making during a rapid growth phase.

Responsibility
- Review, report and consolidate Payroll Costs monthly according to the Finance team's needs and deadlines.
- Settle and improve control processes empowering data accuracy and time efficiency.
- Help build, re-structure and organize the data and reports needed in the People Controlling team to ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analyses.
- Provide meaningful insights and support the monthly Global Personnel budget tracking (Actuals vs Budget) and variance analysis.
- Support decision-making processes by controlling the execution of the budget and providing personnel cost reporting.
