Responsibility
- Act as a key support contact for Commercial teams, troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues.
- Own and improve technical documentation, transforming it into user-friendly guides and tutorials.
- Design and deliver training sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding and adoption of Salesforce.
- Empower global teams to maximize their use of the Salesforce platform.
- Serve as an advocate for users, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources.
