The role involves designing and implementing fraud controls to protect revenue and enhance customer experience, collaborating with various teams to build prevention tools and influence risk strategy across multiple regions.
Qualification
- Proven experience in fraud analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into strategic actions.
- Experience with Machine Learning techniques and their application in fraud prevention.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to influence risk strategy across teams.
Responsibility
- Identify opportunities to reduce fraud losses and improve profitability using advanced risk rules and Machine Learning.
- Support and implement end-to-end fraud prevention strategies, including designing controls and measuring impact.
- Design and launch A/B tests to evaluate and optimize new fraud prevention controls.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build best-in-class prevention tools.
- Iterate on fraud controls based on data analysis and performance metrics.
