Responsibility
- Lead an end-to-end recruitment team of 8-15 people responsible for research, sourcing, candidate assessment, management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance.
- Coach team members and hiring managers on excellent recruitment practices to maintain a high-bar recruitment process.
- Improve existing recruitment programs and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Analyze talent acquisition metrics to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
