The role involves leading integrated campaigns across various media, collaborating with a diverse team, and mentoring designers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both art direction and design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for detail.

Qualification

  • 5-6 years of creative experience in an agency or in-house creative department, with a proven track record of concept development and execution.
  • Dual fluency in art direction and design—you can pitch the big vision and perfect the kerning.
  • A sharp eye for composition, color, typography, and the details that separate good work from great work.
  • A broad visual vocabulary that spans mediums, styles, and platforms.
  • Comfort with the full creative toolkit—Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, presentation design, and AI tools to accelerate your process.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio that shows relevant work.

Responsibility

  • Concept and craft integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, experiential, and beyond—from the initial ideas to the final design.
  • Visualize ideas beautifully whether creating a signature campaign look, storyboarding a video, designing a deck, or art directing a shoot.
  • Be the day-to-day art lead on creative workstreams while rolling up your sleeves to design key assets.
  • Present your creative vision to the team and clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Collaborate across disciplines—working seamlessly with copywriters, strategists, designers, account teams, production partners, and specialists in social, earned media, and influencer marketing.
  • Elevate the work by mentoring designers, maintaining rigorous standards for craft, and staying ahead of design trends and cultural movements.
