Qualification
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a real estate or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives and translate them into operational excellence.
- Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.
Responsibility
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for all health and safety aspects of the CE scope.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.
