Qualification

- Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and standards relevant to construction and data centres.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to promote a safety-first culture.
- Ability to engage with customers and manage relationships effectively.
- Experience in project planning and execution with a focus on H&S integration.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting risk assessments and audits.
Responsibility
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for all health and safety aspects of a large-scale data centre project.
- Lead the H&S strategy to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
- Promote and lead a safety-first culture across all project phases, ensuring adherence to company safety standards.
- Engage with customers to understand their H&S expectations and integrate them into project plans.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, communicating H&S updates and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate H&S considerations into project plans.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant H&S regulations, standards, and company policies.
