Qualification
- Fully Belgian-qualified lawyer
- Excellent knowledge of contract law and energy law
- At least 6 years of experience as a legal counsel or similar role
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently on complex legal matters
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- High ethical standards and professionalism
Responsibility
- Draft, review, negotiate and manage agreements related to data center and logistics projects.
- Stay updated on laws and regulations impacting the company and advise on legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and train the team on legal matters.
- Manage external law firms effectively and coordinate legal disputes.
- Collaborate with other Legal Counsels in Continental Europe and the wider European team.
