Qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (preferred)
- Accounting knowledge
- A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration (accounting or finance)
- Experience in all phases of a project: analysis, design, deployment, configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training, support
Responsibility
- Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate solutions
- Deliver, assess, analyze, design, customize, and implement NetSuite
- Engage in all phases of a project including analysis, design, deployment, and support
- Provide training and support to clients on NetSuite functionalities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and pain points
