Qualification

- Strong understanding of production and inspection methods for Heat Treatment.
- Ability to quickly review and assess drawings for manufacturability.
- Experience in CapEx planning and selection for manufacturing.
- Familiarity with automation practices in manufacturing environments.
Responsibility
- Oversee drawing reviews for manufacturability in Heat Treatment processes.
- Plan and select appropriate CapEx for part numbers and assemblies.
- Provide automation feedback to the heat treatment automation team.
- Design and scope Heat Treatment processes across various material types and configurations.
- Assist in building new factories and contribute to manufacturing processes for new products involving Heat Treatment.
