- Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure high interview-to-offer conversion rates.
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent through various platforms and outreach strategies.
- Drive inclusive hiring by embedding diversity-focused sourcing practices into the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple requisitions and pipelines, assessing pipeline health and reallocating focus as needed.
- Develop dynamic talent maps and market insights to inform engagement strategies.
