The Strategic Finance Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth by collaborating with the CFO and executive team on financial strategies, business evaluations, and investor relations.
Qualification
- 5-7 years of experience in strategic finance, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or consulting
- Experience with project finance and large-scale investment projects
- Familiarity with various deal structures
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibility
- Drive strategic project work spanning transactions, capital markets activities, market research, and new business model evaluations
- Develop and own dynamic financial models and analyses
- Create and present high-quality Executive and Board-facing presentations
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal
- Serve as a partner to FP&A, aligning Special Projects and M&A models with broader corporate financial and business reporting activities
