- Experience in customer engagement and education.
Responsibility
- Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges.
- Explain and demonstrate the value of Harvey’s AI solutions to address legal problems.
- Establish credibility as an expert in solving specific legal issues.
- Conduct in-depth customer discovery and education on Harvey’s solutions through targeted meetings and demos.
- Partner with Account Executives to educate clients on Harvey’s value via group sessions and one-on-one conversations.
