Responsibility

  • Operate as a generalist across sales, partnerships, business development, operations, and marketing.
  • Own the local sales process, adapting it to fit Heidi’s product-led growth and enterprise strategies.
  • Meet with clinicians and healthcare leaders to build trust, conduct demonstrations, and understand clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine brand messaging and develop strategies for the South African market.
  • Secure strategic partnerships within the local healthcare ecosystem.
  • Build and optimize internal processes for scalable execution in sales and operations.
  • Collect customer and market feedback to inform the South African playbook and broader commercial strategy.
