Qualification
- 10+ years of experience in healthtech/SaaS enterprise sales, business development, or general management in Asia
- Strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, academia, and channel partners
- Proven track record of turning relationships into commercial outcomes
- Ability to shape regional strategy and execute high-touch executive motions
- Fluent cross-cultural communicator comfortable in formal settings
Responsibility
- Define and execute regional strategy in collaboration with global leadership
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders across ministries and health authorities
- Secure lighthouse customers and trusted partners for credibility and growth
- Oversee the regional pipeline from early engagement to scaled rollout
- Support and mentor local operators, providing senior coverage in executive meetings
- Surface insights on healthcare systems and inform global leadership of opportunities and risks
