Higharc, a VC-backed startup transforming how new homes are designed and built, is hiring an Account Executive to expand footprint with mid-market and enterprise homebuilders. This remote-first, flexible role offers significant equity, collaboration with Business Development, Solution Consulting, and Growth Marketing, and 15–25% travel to drive growth in a fast-moving construction-tech market.
Qualification
- 6+ years of enterprise or upper-mid-market sales experience with a track record of multi-threading and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience selling disruptive or transformative technology into traditional or laggard industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with grit and empathetic, innovative approach.
- Strong project management and exceptional communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, AI agents, Outreach, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
Responsibility
- Build and manage a territory targeting mid-market and enterprise homebuilders to generate and close high-quality opportunities.
- Develop and nurture relationships virtually, at industry events, and through partner channels.
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, articulating Higharc’s operational impact and helping evaluate the platform.
- Partner with Solution Consultants to conduct technical discovery, map current and future workflows, and demonstrate fit.
- Collaborate with builders to craft compelling business case analyses that show value and ROI; present ROI-focused proposals.
- Lead solution design and pricing conversations; move deals forward with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Solution Consulting, Growth Marketing) to align on pipeline strategy and drive growth.
- Travel 15–25% depending on seasonality and industry events.
