- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and ability to simplify complexity.
- Experience with intuitive design, particularly configurators.
- Systems-thinking mindset balancing detail with big-picture vision.
- Innovative design systems thinking with a focus on craft and excellence.
- Deep user empathy and strong communication skills.
Responsibility
- Build and manage a talented team of designers and leaders.
- Oversee team performance, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
- Transform broad conceptual ideas into valuable products with expertise in UX design and 3D real-time experience design.
- Cultivate a healthy design process and contribute to product strategy.
- Communicate product goals effectively within and outside the team.
- Solicit and provide feedback to continually improve design quality.
