Qualification
- 7+ years of experience designing web-based software.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality product experiences in complex domains.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and ability to simplify complexity.
- Deep user empathy and confident communication style with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in defining and delivering new experiences, not just iterating on existing patterns.
Responsibility
- Design end-to-end experiences for web-based tools across Higharc’s platform.
- Translate detailed workflows into clear, human-centered experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative user insights to inform designs.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
