Responsibility
- Facilitating alignment between global and local Total Rewards programs
- Supporting regional Total Rewards projects and activities for the APAC region
- Managing day-to-day aspects of compensation and benefits programs
- Conducting analysis related to compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Managing stakeholder communications and query resolutions
- Collaborating with global Total Rewards team members for smooth implementation of reviews
